Tracking User activities in Siebel

Hello Gurus,I have a requirement from a customer regarding logging of user activities in Siebel in order for a security system (existing) to analyse the log and issue security alert.
The requirement is for Siebel to report the following events:

1. Login and failed login attempts
2. use of specific views (that need to be identified by administration)
3. Customer update events

The required data for every lor record should include:
station details: IP and name,
user details: id, name and position
date/ time of event
View name
customer identification (when customer update is reported).
Action description

Please note that Siebel is NOT required to provide analysis based on this data but only to provide the log.
