13.3.1 - LoadHier failes with UnexpectedCellType

Hi,While trying to load a location hierarchy, the following error is encountered. All the hierarchy batches were running fine until today.

There is no difference in the location hierarchy file received today and the earlier ones except that location description for a particular location Id got changed (which I believe should not be a cause for concern).

Possible causes please?
