Release 21 - Dashboard downlaod options - Refresh - Print - Download

Hi Experts,
 We would like to enable  "Download" option under dashboard(report), After upgrading Release 21 we couldn't find the option @ Properties option.

How could we find these options in Release 21.
 Looking for proper rly.
