R12.0.6 : Impact of Oracle security Jan CPU/PSU technical patches on RTI patches

Hi,

We have RTI patches applied in our dev instance. Also in that environment we have the Oracle security Jan CPU/PSU technical patches.

Do you think this will have any impact on RTI patches?

What's the the significance of these(CPU/PSU) patches and whether it could cause the error: ORA-01110: data file 55: '/.../db28/undotbs5.326.702805437'
while running the UK Payroll.
