Copying data from Staging to Production environment

 Hi All,

I am looking for the best possible way to transfer or copy data from our staging environment to production env. We have some accounts, contacts and opportunity data in staging environment that needs to be copied over to production. What is the best way of doing it? I was thinking of exporting it from staging and importing it back into productions...does this sound feasible?
