Revenue Plans in Progress, but with no transactions

Hi - we had an earlier issue (and thanks everyone for answers/input there!) where we ran a CA_BI_INTFC which did not pick up any transactions due to accounting rule issues.  The bill plan and revenue plan remain in progress.  We were able to cancel and reassign bill plans (which may not have been the correct thing to do) to handle transactions, but the revenue plans remain in progress, with no action to take, other than to complete them (which we assume means no more revenue ever generated for that plan?)  I beleive there is potential for development in a future
