Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Automate Clear and Lock Data

Hi,

we have to 2 process:

- a manual Clear Data process that runs on 3rd working day of every month at 7am;

- a manual process to lock all entities after consolidation at the end of the month.

what's the best way to make both automatic?
