I am testing the Web ADI (12.1.3) to upload 2012 budget into the system using Desktop Integrator Responsibilities.

The issue arises when I try to create a document using General Ledger - Budgets. We are not able select or view any Organizations in the dropdown box. Does this have anything to do with Multi Org setup? Are we missing an important setting here?
