[Part 1] Shut down the listeners and copy the patch files

1.  Stop your web listeners and Forms Server.

2.  Copy the patch file within your 6i ORACLE_HOME and unzip this file
    within it to create a new subdirectory. You will be able to see the
    folder 14615390  which contains the actual one-off files.

    Please ensure the following before applying the patch:
    -----------------------------------------------------
     1. make sure that ORACLE_HOME is set properly
     2. make sure that 'jar' is in PATH
