Migrate data from Grid Control 10 to Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12

Exist some posibility to obtain the metrics, and thresholds that have been modified in Grid Control 10g?. This is important for us to create or modified this metrics at new Cloud Control 12c. On other side, Are the same the default metrics and thresholds in Cloud Control 12c than Grid Control 10g?
