RAC 11.2.0.3 on Virtualized Windows

Hi,
I was planing to install a RAC 11.2.0.3 on VMWare Windows 2008R2 guests. I know the conditions of support for Oracle product on VMWare but following this URL: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/clustering/tech-generic-windows-new-166584.html and following the link under "For RAC database and server virtualization", it sounds that it is not supported to install RAC on a virtualized Windows server? Only Unix based plateforms seems to be supported...

Is that true?
