Asset Description Search in Work Order (Self Service) error

Hi,

Is there a way to search for an Asset by Description in the Create Work Order screen from self service?

I have an Asset: ISX919801 with Description: IS-ETP-1099 4.4KV-480V 1MVA ECL-2R121

I want to be able to look for the Description : %2R121
I want to be able to look for the Description : %1099%

How can I accomplish that? right now I get an error message when I try any of those 2 options:

Error: You must enter a value to search. Values cannot start with '%' or "_".
