Supplemental Data disconnect: F00092 and F00692

We are upgrading from Xe to 9.1. We have custom reports that perform single fetches on F00692. When we have updated info on a business unit's supp data, the F00692 is no longer getting updated. In Xe when this change was made using P00092, the data in both of these tables was updated simultaneously. Do you know why these tables were "disconnected"? is there a way to "re-link" them? Will we have to modify all of our reports to go after the F00092?
