Taxes are not defaulted on invoice lines

Hi Guru's,
I have defined taxes in E-biz Tax, and then i created a invoice in receivables module to test whether the taxes which i have defined earlier are reflecting or not.

Taxes are getting calculated when I am choosing manually, but they are not defaulted.

Kindly suggest on how make taxes defaulting.
