HOW TO LOAD TAX PROFILE INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN R12

Hi,

I need to upload customer data with tax profiles (Regime Code and Registration Number) in customer tax profile tab. As I get information from Oracle support is that there is no API available.
Can you please provide me any work around or any scripts update the ZX_REGISTRATIONS and ZX_PARTY_TAX_PROFILE after the customer conversion is complete.
