Item Permanent Retail Price Does Not Get updated, When A Price change is created by RPM.

Hi All,

When a permanent price change is created in Retail Price Management (RPM) system, the price change flows down to Store Inventory Management (SIM) system. When the permanent price change has flown to SIM application, the rk_price_change table is populated with the results but the price change statuses is still in pending for all items even though the effective date is passed, the item's modified price does not get updated in SIM. The price shown for the item is still the old price instead of the new retail price. 

Kindly help me out, how to handle this situation.
