Inprocess status comes while creating release through Create releases concurrent programe?

Dear Experts,

We are using Min Max planing thorugh this requisition is cretaed and approved automatic through reports but when we going to create the release then the release goes in the inprocess stage and if we check that to whom release has gone then error come which been attached. Kindly do suggestion that what should I do.

One thing is that after creating the releases automatically its status comes as incomplete then manually we select the approve button to send it for approval.

What should we do so that releases comes automatically in approved status after running the create releases progrem?
