how do set the replicat to never abend?

i have a goldengate installation. we keep 13 months of data in our process we get a number orf records that appears as duplicates.. i would like to send these dups to the discard file with out abbending my replicat... this occurs if i have batchsql in my parameter file... I need the batchsql for performance or i build excessive lag in my replicat..
