Using J2SE Version 5.0 with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i [ID 304099.1]

Hi,

I followed this note carefully and install JAVA 5 on my linux server but my LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable continues to reference the old jdk 1.4 version?

/home/apploft> echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/appl/oracle/oftora/8.0.6/network/jre11/lib/i686/native_threads:/appl/oracle/oftora/8.0.6/network/jre11/lib/linux/native_threads:/appl/oracle/oftappl/cz/11.5.0/bin:/appl/oracle/oftora/8.0.6/lib:/appl/oracle/oftcomn/util/java/1.4/j2sdk1.4.2_04/jre/lib/i386/:/opt/java/1.4/j2sdk1.4.2_04/lib:/usr/X11R6/lib:/usr/openwin/lib


It appears the jdk1.4 is from the rapid install....

/appl/oracle/oftcomn/util/java> vi README.txt
Jdk1.4 for 11.5.10 Rapid Install.
