Context Sensitive Flexfield on Party Information

We have just implemented Contact Center as part of Teleservice for our Customer Service group.   They are using contact center to create new Party/Customer Account data.  We have several required flexfield values at the Party(Customer) level.  However, I do not want these flexfields required for the contact or personal info when creating a new contact.  Is it possible to have contexts that only make this field required at the Party level and not at the contact level?
