Some Sub inventory is not listing for transactions

 Hi,Some sub inventory is not appearing during transaction like Miscellanous,sub inventory,WIP Material Transaction etc but its happening for one organization only others are fine with same sub

inventory name and setup.

1.Sub Inventory Materail Status Active

2.No item Sub inventory relation defined

3."This problem is also happening for 70% of item remaining 30% item can be transferable with that sub inventory(Can do all transaction)

    Pls help me to sort out this.
