Piece Rate Functionality

Hello:

Does anyone use the Piece rate functionality in JDE? We are currently calculating piece rate by hand but would like to consider doing so in JDE. If you do pay piece rate I would love to hear if you use JDE to handle the calculations and if you don't why not. I would also like to know if you pay a combination of piece rate and hours.

I know this is rather general but we need a place to start.
