Order Management - How to remove the Availability Message Box when going on the Sales Order Line

Hello gurus,
we are upgrading to Oracle R12, and we do not want to see the Availability ATP Message Box when we go to the Sales Order Line.
Do you know which setup is required, or profile option as I could not find it.
In Oracle 11i, this box is not coming by default.
