Transactional Flag Is Not Working As Expected After 8.1.1.9 Upgrade

Discussion on some of Task UI related issues seen in 8.1.1.9 (HI/Open UI)

1) Create a Task with Transactional Flag = "True";
2) Edit the Task :
a) Add Siebel Operation for Insert of Primary Object (e.g Opportunity)
b) View Based on Opportunity
c) Commit Step

d) Add Siebel Operation for Insert of Primary Object
e) End

3) Deploy and Activate your task

4) On UI create a button to invoke the Task


Below given are different issues observed.

 

1) If i am in HI Client and i launch a task through button ( remember Task Pane should not be open ), you will get the required field error. At the time when error message popup up Task Pane is not there, but as soon as you will click 'Ok' on error message box, Task Pane shows up and thing start working fine from there on.
