 Anyone covered a scenario where a single Bulk Purchase Order was created for 

 Multiple Projects, Multiple Items, and Multiple Sites, where from the Purchase Order the Supplier could ascertain, which PO was for which company, which Site and to delivered at which date, how much quantity at respective dates.
