RELEASE SALES ORDER BASED ON PROMISE DATE or by Sales order line number

HI

We have number of order in which Schedule ship and Request date is same , but Promise date is different in each line , can we release the sales order based on promise date , and is there is any feature to select line number of sales order while releasing the sales order
