Unable to get invoice of an interfaced sales order.
Dear All, We have three sales others with status " interface" in the shipping transaction form. After autoinvoice is run, we cant get the invoice despite the fact that the line status is closed when queried through the following navigation: OM>Order,Return>Order Organizer>Order Number> Find>Action> View additional Order information.
Please kindly assist.
