Naming conventions

I need to create a custom BV on F00092. So the name might be V5900092.Now, there is already one view exist with this name. So I need to go for V5900092A. But name should be 8 characters only.
What is the recommended way of naming at this point ? Removing "59" will affect the future ESUs.
