Issue while installing 8.1.1.9 Tools For enabling Open UI

 Hi Experts,

I am getting below error while installing Tools 8.1.1.9 version on 8.1.1.0 (ENU) Tools.


OUI-10133:Invalid Staging area.There are no top level components for Windows NT, Windows 2000 available for installation in this staging area.

this error is appearing at 100% installation of 8.1.1.9 Tools.

After this error i tried to open the Tools shortcut . at this time i got below error (May be due to unproper installation of Tools 8.1.1.9 as above)

Please help me in solving the below two errors.

I am using windows xp, service pack3.
