VAT Registration Number for Legal Entity Validation - SEPA Oracle R12

Hi,

I found a 11i whitepaper for SEPA credit transfer that says that the VAT Registration Number needs to be setup for the Legal Entity because is one of the validation on credit transfers for SEPA.

Does this continue being required in R12? Where can I complete the VAT Registration Number for the Legal Entity in R12?
