Pre-payroll Processing A7.3 Cume 15 to A9.3

When running a pre-payroll in A9.3 an error referring statement 2512 in program P06VTXXML appears.  I have tried several various data selections which some work and some don't.  I have applied all the proper patches from JDE and have an open case with Oracle and Vertex.  Oracle and IBM are now working on the issue.  Seems to be fragmenting on the conversion.
