Discount on Souricng Supplier

Step1 I create a RFQ with Pay items and outcome as complex PO through sourcing super user

Step 2 I publish the  RFQ to the suppliers

Step 3 when suppliers logs into Sourcing Supplier menu and is responding to the RFQ by creating a quote.

At this stage is it possible to for the supplier to inlcude the discount which the supplier is giving on the header or at line level of the quote ?
