OSM --Cancellation remarks are not reflected While Cancelling Order

While cancelling an order in OSM from webclient the remarks section appears to update a remark but the remark does not appear finally in the remarks section.

Solution :

Please upgrade to one of the latest OSM version’s. The feature is available from OSM7.0.1 onwards.


A new button "View Reasons" is provided in the OrderEditor Page. This button would be visible only when the order has gone through any of the states of "Suspension", "Resuming" or "Cancelling" in its Life Cycle.By clicking this "View Reasons" button, user will be able to see "all the reasons associated with the order",  "the dates on which the reasons are added", "the author who added the reasons" and "the State of the order".
