Issue applying FND patch 12846515 on PROD

Customer issue

We have a multinode R12.1.3 application while applying patch 12846515 on one node in PROD we got the below error :-
Relinking executables...
An error occurred while relinking application programs.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : Yes
Done relinking executables.
We entered Yes and patch was completed.
It is also showing in ad_bugs.
