Consolidation onto Oracle Exadata

Hi,

I am an Oracle DBA [Database 10g/11g with RAC, GI, ASM and Apps (EBS11i)] and have been learning Oracle Exadata. I am interested to know about different approaches of consolidation from Commodity Environment to Oracle Exadata and best practice. [Which also includes effort and feasibility of consolidation]
