Hi All,
Customer is  getting the below error while applying the patches EMEA localization patches NLS 10164748 and 14591019

Warning:

The description for the entity 'cle' in the patch driver
does not match with the current description.

The current description is      :'EMEA Consulting Localizations'
The description in the patch is :'EMEA Add-on Localizations'

The current description will not be changed.
