How to cost-load a resource
I have a cost-loaded schedule with costs setup as a non-labor, lump sum, resource. When I update, I have to enter zero for a non-labor % complete if the activity had a previous % complete. If I don't do this the this period, cost to complete and at completion are not correct. And I have to enter 100% for non-labor % complete before I enter the actual finish date. If I don't do this, the this period, cost to complete and at completion disappear, and the only thing left is the budgeted non-labor cost.
Is this the correct way to cost-load a resource?
I've tried numerous different settings, but nothing corrects this.
