Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Time Zones

Hello!Anyone else experiencing an issue with time zones?

If I set a user to Time Zone New York (GMT-5:00), the user's display time is correct.

If I set a user to Time Zone Eastern Time (GMT-5:00), the users' display is an hour behind the current time.

If they are both GMT-5:00, why are they different?

We've seen this on 9.3.1.1 and 9.3.1.2.

We are in the Eastern Time Zone.
