We are facing a peculiar situation. There is a custom Workflow developed which works fine except that when we click OK after doing the transaction, it gives an error message 'You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance'.
However, when we set the 'FND: Diagnostics' profile at the user level to 'Yes', it works fine i.e. after I click OK, it is route dback to Home page.
