Error while applying patch 16499673

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Getting below errors while applying 16499673  patch . I have attached "XLIFFImporter" worker log file. Please suggest the solution.

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

          FAILED: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker  5.
          FAILED: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker  6.
          FAILED: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker 10.
          FAILED: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker 12.
          FAILED: file XLIFFImporter.class on worker 14.


The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ar      forms/ESA       ARXTWLIN.fmx
ap      forms/ESA       APXINWKB.fmx
bom     forms/ESA       CSTFVTLC.fmx
ar      forms/ESA       ARXTWMAI.fmx
cll     forms/ESA       CLL_F038_BENE.fmx
