Approval Hierarchy

Hi,

We were using Journal approval hierarchy and have following issue. Could you clarify.

1.  EMP1

2. EMP2

3. EMP3

4. EMP4

EMP2 created one manual JV and gone to EMP3.

EMP3 have sufficient rights to approve the same but eventhoug same JV flown to EMP4.

Here, EMP2, EMP3, EMP4 all members have sufficent rights to approve the JV except EMP1. Eventhoug EMP2,EMP3,EMP4 are not able to approve PO.

Whenever EMP1 creating JV then only EMP2 able to approve the same JV.

Could you let me know why EMP2,EMP3,EMP4 are not able to access. where system checking the hierarchy.
