Iexpense Report with multiple expense icon

Dear Team,

We would like to have single template for per diem and airfare both. when we select the per diem and airfare expense category it show separate expense tab/iocn even though we have defined single expense template. 

Please advise how we can have single expense create report for both expense category instead of separate icon for each expense category.
