Error in changing price in requisition line.

Hi All,

While submitting a change request (change of price) in some of the requisitions, the user is facing an issue in which the change request gets rejected with an error "Exception when processing the change request : Cannot update price since the Purchase Agreement does not allow changes to the Purchase Order line price."  Please advise on this issue.
