How to build an Approval hierachy using Oracle APEX which will help us to get approval from higher m

Hi,

I wanted the following application to be designed.

A Purchase Order Screen from where we can raise any Purchase Order with the supplier.

Suppose when we are planning to buy any Item whose price is greater than 1000, a notification should be sent to the manager and upon his approval , the purchase order status should  be changed to APPROVED.

How can i achive this functionality using Oracle Apex.
