Error while selecting "Save Query As" after refining an existing query in Siebel?

An error is while selecting "Save Query As" after refining an existing query in Siebel 8.1.1.7:
"A record that contains identical values to the record you have created already exists. If you would like to enter a new record, please ensure that the field values are unique.(SBL-DAT-00381)".
However a PDQ with the same name does not existing in the application.

A 8.1.1.7 QF07BT fixes the issue.  Refer to Note 1535103.1 for more details.
