8.1.1.10 - Incremental Repository Merge - Source Control

The 8.1.1.10 came out last week. Looks like you are required to run the Incremental Repository Merge (ICM) to get it function as it seems various tables (i.e S_TAB_OBJECT) is missing and 8.1.1.10 needs it.
But it only seems to work with Siebel tools connected to the server database.
Anyone know if there is a way to get this to work with the Local database so that we can check in the changes and have them register with our Source Control system?
