Creating Address via the OM API

Is it possible to create an address via the OM API which populates the hz_cust_site_uses.ATTRIBUTE1?  I see where I can populate hz_locations.attribute1.  Is there a simple, automated way to get the data from one attribute moved into the other attribute?
