How to migrate the data from one ledger to another ledger

 HI,
We have two ledger in ledger one we have one OU and Ledger two we have one OU ,now we want to merge both into one.  COA is same ,Know  they want to close one ledger and migrate the data in to other ledger,can you pls suggest  necessary  step for this migration.
