Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

I'm using the P9841 "Installation Workbench" application, and when I select the instalation plan a pop up appears: Unable to connect to DB11G

jde.log:
Error - ORA-12514

(I have checked the solution of this ORA-12514, ...tnsping, lsnrctl, services, so on is ok!)
