Solaris Local Zones Migration Steps

Team,
We have a Few Local Zones running, which runs in Veritas File system & We need to convert that into ZFS.
We thought of Doing via a Zones Migration Steps to minimize the Downtime & more Availability of the servers.

If anyone have the Zone Migration Steps from One File system to Other File system, please let me know the Steps. I am doubtful abou the
Just a Data Copy, What is the Best way of doing the Migration?

Please suggest.
